 יתים על ידע ארגוני ולעיתים – לא.\n\nהמחקר 
 המוצג מתמקד ב- STEM-Skillanthropy (מושג שהוגדר במ
 סגרת המחקר) המתאר פעולה של ארגונים טכנול
 וגיים המפעילים\, במסגרת פעילות האחריות ה
 תאגידית שלהם\, תכניות חינוכיות ב-STEM באמצ
 עות בוגריהם או עובדיהם.\n\nהיות ותחום זה ל
 א נחקר עד כה\, במהלך המחקר נבנתה תיאוריה מ
 עוגנת בשדה\, בהתבסס על חקר-מקרים מרובה של
  ארגונים טכנולוגיים מ- 3 מגזרים כלכליים (ה

  משולב\, בו נאספו נתונים איכותניים וכמותי

 ם טכנולוגיים לפיתוח הון אנושי\, קידום חד
 שנות ארגונית\, ותרומה לאקוסיסטם בו הם פו
 עלים.\n\nOrganizations engage in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
  activities in various ways\, such as financial donations and employee vol
 unteering. These activities are sometimes based on organizational knowledg
 e and sometimes not.\n\nThe research presented focuses on STEM-Skillanthro
 py (a term coined within the study)\, which describes an action undertaken
  by technology organizations that\, as part of their CSR activities\, oper
 ate STEM educational programs through their graduates or employees.\n\nSin
 ce this field has not been studied to date\, the research developed a grou
 nded theory\, based on a multiple-case study of technology organizations f
 rom three economic sectors (the first\, second\, and fourth sectors)\, usi
 ng a mixed-methods approach. Qualitative and quantitative data were collec
 ted through a variety of research tools from different groups in the resea
 rch field.\n\nThe iterative data analysis led to the development of a theo
 ry we termed Core Knowledge-Oriented Reciprocal Exchange Corporate Social 
 Responsibility (CKORE-CSR). This theory describes:\n(a) three levels of re
 ciprocal relationships among the main actors involved in STEM-Skillanthrop
 y — the individual level\, the organizational level\, and the national l
 evel\;\n(b) the role of organizational knowledge in STEM-Skillanthropy\; a
 nd\n(c) contributions to two ecosystems: the high-tech ecosystem and the S
 TEM education ecosystem.\n\nThe theoretical contribution of the study is t
 he CKORE-CSR theory described above. Its practical contribution is a strat
 egic tool for technology organizations to develop human capital\, promote 
 organizational innovation\, and contribute to the ecosystems in which they
